Adinda’s journey into Reformer Pilates is rooted in a lifelong passion for movement. Her experience began with ballet during childhood, followed by Indonesian traditional dance in high school and a longstanding practice of Yoga. These diverse movement practices naturally led her to Reformer Pilates, giving her a strong foundation in body awareness, movement quality, flexibility, and coordination.
Trained at the Akademi Pilates Indonesia, Adinda completed an intensive 45-hour Reformer Pilates course, developing her knowledge of Pilates techniques, exercise variations, proper alignment, and safe movement practices. She combines her technical training with a warm and inclusive teaching style, making her Pilates classes welcoming for all ages, genders, and fitness levels.
Adinda believes that Pilates is more than just a workout. For her, Reformer Pilates is a personal journey toward becoming stronger, more confident, and more connected to your body. Her classes focus on creating a safe, positive, and non-competitive environment where each client can progress at their own pace without comparing themselves to others.
